We have thousands of happy customers giving out lighters with their logos, but if you are unhappy with your product we will take it back and give you a full refund. Please call or email, we'll set up your call tag to ship it back to us, then upon arrival we will issue your refund.
Shipping
We do not have free shipping or a flat shipping price.
Due to the variety of weights and locations, we must price each shipping order manually, so we charge your CC as your product leaves are doors.
